Part 1. -- Introduction (Eye of the Tiger - Paper "Motivation")

• Introduce - First and Last Name -- Katie -"Our project is about how and why people motivate themselves and their employees.....blah-bitty-blah-blah.
• Involve our audience - What do you think motivation is?
• Motivation - Brief definition
• Tyler Elaborates -- Going more into detail about Motivation and how it effects the workers and their environment.

Part 2. -- Video/Interviews

• Brief Intro -- Sterling
• "What motivates you?"
• Entrapeneur - Pat Sangiacomo - Owner Smith / Sangiacomo CPA Accounting Firm
• Dominic- Interview Question "What Motivates You?" Show clip of question being answered
• Dominic - Interview Question "What do you do to motivate others?" Show clip of Question being answered.
• Katie - Interview Question - "What do you do to motivate your employees?" (Retail - Trader Joes) Show Video Clip.
• Katie - Interview Question - "What do your managers do to motivate you and make you want to perform at your best?" Show Video Clip.

Part 3. -- Handouts

• 5 Motivational Quotes. We have come together and picked out 5 of our favorite motivational quotes and put them on paper to hand out to our classmates to give them something to hold on to.
• Each member of our team will explain what their quote was and why they chose it.

Part 4. -- Conclusion

• "As you can tell by our presentation motivation can be a valuable asset not only in the work place but in your everyday lives."

Here we can post what we will say during our presentation word for word. Post what you will want to say, if anyone has other ideas or thinks that some parts can be changed or re-worded please post your ideas here. This will help us put together a visual of our text and words that will be said.
